The Cottonwood Restaurant features casual dining and a wide selection of locally inspired dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From classic breakfast selections and your favorite comfort foods, to fresh Indian fry bread and cedar plank salmon, there’s something to satisfy every appetite. Beer, wine, and cocktails are also available with the purchase of an entree.

Breakfast

Monday – Warm Springs Eye Opener: Traditional Fry Bread topped with sausage gravy and one egg any style. $4.95

Tuesday – Sunrise Breakfast Wrap: Sausage, bacon, onion, green chilies, cheddar cheese and scrambled egg, all wrapped in a 6” flour tortilla, and topped with salsa and sour cream. Served with a side of hash browns. $4.95

Wednesday – Jackpot!: Silver dollar pancakes topped with sweetened strawberries and whipped cream. $4.95

Thursday – Full House: One slice of French toast, two pieces of sausage or bacon, and one egg any style. $4.95

Friday – Cottonwood Day Breaker: Old-fashioned oatmeal served with brown sugar, butter, raisins and your choice of juice. $4.95

Saturday – Royal Flush: Breakfast muffin with ham, egg and Swiss cheese, served with a side of hash browns. $4.95

Sunday – Aces High: Garden scramble of onions, spinach, olives, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese served over home fried potatoes. $4.95

Monday – Apple Chops: Center cut pork chop on a bed of lightly-sweetend Granny Smith apples, served with mashed potatoes, brown gravy and sautéed vegetables. Includes choice of house salad or starter soup. $14.00

Tuesday – Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry: Tender chicken breast with a blend of fresh vegetables in our own Teriyaki sauce, served on a bed of jasmine rice with Oriental noodles. $13.00

Wednesday – Build your own Buffalo Burger: Served on a Kaiser bun with your choice of toppings. Includes choice of fries, potato salad, or house salad. $15.00

Thursday – Prime Rib Special: Served with sautéed vegetables and choice of mashed potatoes & gravy or a loaded baked potato. Includes choice of house salad, starter soup or New York style cheesecake. $17.00

Friday – Fish & Chips: Beer-battered halibut served with French fries and cole slaw, and your choice of house salad or soup. $13.00

Saturday – Bottomless Spaghetti: Served with our homemade Marinara meat sauce, house salad and breadsticks. $14.00
